Spicy White Bean Chicken Soup

Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil3 oz onion-- roughly chopped1 oz garlic (from the store olive bar) -- sliced2/3 cup wild rice1 can (15oz) white beans, drained2 cups water1 tsp garam masala spice1/2 tsp smokey type red chile powder1/2 tsp red chile powder1/2 tsp dry marjoram1 cup breast meat from a previously roasted chicken4 oz herbed mozzarella (from the store olive bar)
Directions
Warm the oil and gently cook the onions & garlic until the onions become mostly transparent. Add canned beans, water, rice, and spices. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. After 40 minutes add shredded chicken and cook a further 20 minutes.
