Turkey Nachos or Tacos

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil1/3 cup red onion, chopped1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped1/4 cup tomato sauce1/4 cup La Victoria Salsa Supreme1 cup cooked turkey, chopped1/4 cup chicken broth1/2 cup cilantro, chopped2 oz Velveeta cheese1 Roma Tomato, chopped2 Taco Slider size corn tortillas
Directions
Heat oil in small skillet add onion and bell pepper and saute until onions start to sweat.
Add turkey cook until heated through.
Add tomato sauce, chicken stock, cilantro and salsa. Simmer until heated through and add Velveeta.
Simmer until starting to get thick.
Place into two bowls and put tomato on top.
You can serve with tortilla chips or small corn tortillas.
