Lasagna Rolls

1.5 lbs Ground beef, lean1/4 cup Onions3 cloves Garlic1 jar Ragu Spaghetti Sauce 1 container (12 oz) Sorrento Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese12 Barilla Lasagna Noodles1 bag Mozzarella Cheese
Chop onion and mince garlic. Add while browning beef over medium heat.
Cook lasagna noodles according to directions, be careful to make sure pieces stay whole.
Coat bottom of 9x13 pan with 1/2 cup sauce.
Mix together beef and ricotta cheese. Spread the mixture on each of the noodles. Roll up and place in pan, seam side down. Top with pasta sauce and mozerella cheese.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 350.
Serving Size: Makes 12 rolls
