Ground Turkey Meatloaf Burgers

Ingredients
ground turkey, bell pepper, onion, apple, egg white, oatmeal, worcestershire sauce
Directions
Saute chopped onion, bell pepper and apple in 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil. Remove from heat when tender, about 5 minutes and let cool. Combine ground turkey, oatmeal, egg whites, Mrs Dash seasoning and worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Add cooled sauted vegetables to the bowl. Mix with your hands until the ingredients are combined, be careful not to over mix. Form into 6 patties. Heat a pan to medium high, put in the other 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil. Brown the patties on both sides about 8 minutes per side. Add about a 1/4 cup of water and reduce heat to low and simmer for another 15 minutes adding water as needed.
