Multi Bean Soup with hot Italian Sausage

Ingredients
3 cups mixed beans, lentils and dried peas4 cups water4 cups low sodium chicken broth2 large carrots1 large stalk celery5 Johnsonville hot italian sausages2-3 teaspoons chopped garlic1/2 cup chopped onion1 tablespoon hot pepper seasoning1 can 8 oz. mushrooms, drained2 medium potatoes. chunkedsalt and pepperBring to boil the beans with the chicken broth and water, add the sauteed sausage, celery, carrots, garlic, onion and red pepper seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. When beans are nearly cooked, add the chopped potatoes
Directions
Place 3 Cups mixed beans, peas, lentils etc., in stew pot add 4 cups water and 4 cups chicken broth and bring to a boil while you are sauteing in olive oil, the sausages cut into small pieces, add crushed garlic, onion and add to the boiling mixture. Chop or slice carrots and celery and add to cooking beans and when beans are nearly done, add can mushrooms and diced red or white potatoes. Add dried red pepper and salt and black pepper to taste.
