1.5 chicken breasts in cubesone chopped bell pepper1/2 large onion, choppedone can diced tomatoes, undrained2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed20 baby carrotstsp salttab. flourchili powder
Combine all vegetables in a large bowl. Mix in the flour. Put all in a large foil pouch. Place diced chicken on top. Sprinkle top with more chili powder and salt (or Mrs. Dash). Tightly close foil pouch. Cook on the grill for 35 min. Cook inside in the oven in preferred, still using the pouch method.
