Ingredients
one and a half cans of chopped tomatoeshalf a carton of passata sauceone and a half chicken stock cubes (with boiling water)1 leek (sliced)1 onion (diced)3 carrots (chopped)
Directions
Bring the ingredients to boil.

Stir then simmer for approx 40 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
