Low fat, Low sugar chocolate cake

Ingredients
White flour 1.5 cupBrown sugar 0.5 cupSplenda 0.5 cupSalt 0.5 tspWater 1 cupCanola oil 3 tbspApple sauce 0.25 cupVinegar 1 tbspVanilla 1 tsp.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add water, oil, apple sauce, vanilla and vinegar. Mix well. Pour into 8 inch pan greased with cooking spray. Place in oven. Bake for 30-35 min. Serve on it's own, topped with fresh fruit or fat free whipping cream!
