Ingredients
2 tsp Extra Light Olive Oil1/4 cup LeeksCanned Tomatoes, 28 oz1 Clove of Garlic
Directions
Heat oil over medium high heat, add leeks and garlic. Cook until softened and then add canned tomatoes. As it is cooking add whatever herbs and spices you want!
