Organic Brown large Egg 1Olive Oil 2 tspSalt and Pepper a dash
Directions
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, once heated break the shell of the egg and drop the egg gently on to the pan. now add your salt and pepper. let it cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
Serve with a toasted bread

    I'm an egg aficionado. I do not add the salt and pepper until the white starts firming up. The salt will make the white tough, unless you wait to add it.
