Tomato cream sauce

Ingredients
Canned Tomatoes, 5 cupOlive Oil, 1 tbspGarlic, 4 clovesvodka, 1 fl ozLight Cream (coffee cream or table cream), 1 cupBasil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Sautee crushed garlic over low heat in the olive oil, in the center of a very large skillet. When it is soft and aromatic, add the crushed or diced canned tomatoes and vodka. Cook over medium-low heat until reduced about one-third; add the cream and basil and reduce again.

Serving Size: makes about 8 1/2 cup servings, depending on reduction
