1 Can of each:chickpeasblack beansdiced tomatoes (I add 2 cans)corn (smaller can)chicken (OR pull rotisserie chicken)1 packet of low-sodium taco seasoning1 carton of low-sodium fat free chicken stock/brothEnough water to your preferred thickness of chiliAdd fresh onions and peppers as desired.
Directions
Throw in a pot and heat through.
