Chili Macho Fresh Salsa

Ingredients
6 cloves garlic1 medium onion1 long,green hot chili pepper1 large Jalepeno pepper1/2 large green bell pepper (or 1 medium)1 medium fresh Poblano chili3 large ripe tomatoes1/2 teaspoon ground cumin1 tablespoon dried cilantro, or 1/4 cup fresh, chopped
Directions
Process garlic in food processor until finely minced. Roughly chop onion and all 4 peppers, add to food processor and pulse to a small dice. Empty contents into an 8-cup bowl. Cut tomatoes into 1 inch cubes, add to processor and pulse briefly for a medium dice. Add to pepper mixture in the bowl and stir. Add cumin and cilantro, mix well.

Serving Size: Makes 14 servings, approx 1/2 cup each
