Flan au Four

Ingredients
500 ml skimmed milk3 tbsp cornflour3 packets splenda1 tsp vanilla extract2 medium eggs
Directions
whisk all ingredients together in a medium saucepan.
heat over med heat until gently boiling.
mixture will thicken, continue whisking over heat 3 mins.
pour into silicon type square 22cm mould or similar;
bake at 180°C for 45 mins. The top will brown in patches. Cover with foil if it looks like it might burn.

Refrigerate overnight before serving or it will be too soft.
chill, preferably overnight
