Ingredients
3 cod fillets1 tb lemon pepper2 ts garlic powderjust less than 1/4 cup bread crumbsbarely a tb olive oil
Directions
rinse the fish and lay it in the pan. sprinkle with lemon pepper, garlic, and bread crumbs. sprinkle a little oil on top. bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on thickness and desired doneness.
