1 pound of (browned) lean ground beef, 64 oz low sodium V8 juice, 2 packets Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix and whatever veggies you have on hand. Not too many potatoes! And I like to add beans for extra fiber & protein.
Put it all in a crock pot and let it cook all day.
