Ingredients
1 small onion3 cloves garlic1 large egg1/4 c dried bread crumbs2 TBS ketchup1/4 c chopped, fresh parsley1/2c parm cheese1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 lb ground turkey
Directions
combine all ingredients. Form into balls, cook in hot pan
