Cranberry Jello Salad

2.5 c. (20 oz. can) crushed pineapple1 pkg. sugar-free black cherry jello1 pkg. sugar-free raspberry jello2 c. (16 oz. can) whole berry cranberry sauce2 apples, peeled and diced1 c. pine nuts, chopped*water
1. Drain the pineapple juice into a measuring cup. Fill the rest of the measuring cup with water until you have a total of 2 cups of liquid (juice + water).
2. Boil the liquid. Dissolve the jello.
3. Stir in the cranberry sauce until it's all melted down. It should be all liquid except for the berries.
4. Pour the jello mix into a bowl/foil pan and chill in the fridge for 1 1/2 hours.
5. Mix in the apple, pineapple, and walnuts.
6. Chill for another hour.
Serving Size: Makes 20, 1/2 cup servings
