Oriental Turkey Meatball Soup

Ingredients
6 cups chicken broth1 lb ground turkey, rolled inot 1-inch balls2 celery stalks, finely chopped5 slices fresh ginger, peeled2 tbsp soy sauce1/2 tsp hot chili oil2 heads baby bok choy, chopped
Directions
Bring the broth to a boil and add the turkey balls, celery, ginger, soy sauce, and chili oil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Then add the bok choy and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Adjust the flavor with additional soy sauce and/or chili oil. Serve immediately.
