Ready in minutes and fresh as can be, this salad is as simple as it is delicious. Ready in minutes and fresh as can be, this salad is as simple as it is delicious.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
    2 cups thinly sliced radishes
    2 cups snow peas
    1 T sesame seeds
    1 T seasoned rice vinegar
    2 t toasted sesame oil

Directions

Combine all vegetables in a large bowl, then sprinkle on the sesame seeds and drizzle on the vinegar and oil.
Toss thoroughly to combine, then divide among four bowls and serve.

Serving Size: 4 salads; 1 1/2 cups each
