Ingredients
8 oz strong brewed coffee.25 cup / 2 oz 1% milk, preferably organic1 tsp maple syrup, grade B or Asprinkle cinnamon
Directions
Brew coffee.
Heat 1/4 cup 1% milk in mug in microwave for 1 minute. Add hot coffee, 1 tsp maple syrup and stir. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Serving Size: Makes 1 12-oz mug of coffee
