5 lbs Top Round Roast (Beef)3 C Water1 t Black Pepper1 t Kosher Salt1 t Oregano1 t Basil1 t Onion Salt1 t Parsley1 t Garlic Powder1 Bay Leaf (medium to large)0.7 oz Dry Italian Dressing Mix
Mix the water and all dry seasonings except the Dry Italian Mix. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir occasionally.
Add the liquid mixture to your slow cooker and add the Roast.
Top with the dry Italian Dressing mix and slow cook for 10 to 12 hours on low (5 to 6 on high).
If you plan on slicing the roast beef for lunch meat it is recommended that you refridgerate the roast beef overnight.
