Cauliflower, Peas and Carrots (Gobi, matar, gajar sabzi)

Directions
Heat oil. Add sliced onion. Sautee. Add cauliflower and carrots. Add spices (red chilli, cumin, turmeric). Sautee. Add a little water, cover and cook until almost tender. Add frozen defrosted peas. Add tomato chopped. Cook uncovered for a little while until tomato dissolved. Enjoy.
