Jen's Homemade Muesli

Ingredients
Oats (x7 cups)Sunflower Seeds (x1 cup)Pumpkin Seeds (x1 cup)Linseeds (x8 tbsp)Almonds (x2.5 cups)Walnuts (x1 cup)Maple Syrup (x.5 cup)Honey (X3 tbsp)Hot Water
Directions
Combined all dry ingredients in large baking tray evenly. Mix maple syrup and honey and boiling water in heat proof jug and slowly and evenly mix into dry ingredients. Do not allow mixture to become too soggy. Withhold wet ingredients if need be.
Place in 120 degree Celsius oven set timer for 15-20mins then take out and stir with fork, return to oven for another 15-20 mins. Repeat this process until oats have dried out and browned to taste.
