Quick & Easy Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1 C boiling water2 eggs1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp nutmeg1 C sugar1 tsp vanilla1 C applesauce + 2 tbsp oil2 C quick cooking rolled oats1 tsp cinnamon1 C raisins2 C Wondra flour1 tsp salt1/4 tsp cloves
Directions
Boil water and pour over raisins, oil and applesauce. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Droop by rounded tsp on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until light brown.
