Brady Shortbread

Ingredients
1lb butter1c icing sugar5c flour1/4c granulated sugar (for top)
Directions
Beat butter and icing sugar til starts to turn white-ish. Add flour 1c at a time til just mixed.
roll into half ounce balls.
Dip glass with a fancy bottom into granulated sugar and use to press the cookie flat.
Bake at 350 for approximately 10 minutes. Do not brown!
