8 oz Ground Beef1/4 Cup Chopped OnionsBadia Complete SeasoningLawry Seasoning Salt (No MSG)1 Box Kraft Mac & Cheese - Original1 tbsp Oil1/2 Cup Low Fat Milk1 Oz Low Fat Margarine

prepare mac a nd cheese as per box instruction

season mince with seasoning and onion, let it marinate for 30 minutes

heat oil add mince stir and cover, spin at intervals for the next 15-20 minutes. Add mac & cheese and stir serve hot
