Ingredients
*Parboiled Rice - Iberia - Enriched Long Grain Rice (cooked), 4 cup (remove) *Urad Dal, 1.5 cup (remove) *Corn Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
First soak rice and urad dal for 8 hours then blend in a blender. when it is fine paste leave in warm place to ferment.

when nicely rise steam in a idly molds it will make about 48 idlys.
