Hawaiian Chicken & Rice Meal

4 (4oz.) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 1 can Sliced Pineapple in it's own juices2 cups Sliced Green Bell Pepper2 cups Sliced Yellow Onion3.5 cups Enriched Long Grain White Rice SaltPepperGarlic Powder Water
Place Chicken in baking pan. Pour 1/2 can of pineapple juice over chicken & add 1 cup of water. Sprinkle chicken with Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 375 for 35 - 40 minutes.
Cover bottom of Skillet with water (I use water instead of oil or butter.) Saute bell pepper, onion & pineapple. Add remaining pineapple juice as water cooks away.
Make rice as directed per package.
Top rice with Chicken, vegetables & pineapple & enjoy!
