Super Onion Soup

Ingredients
4 large yellow onions4 small white onions2 large red onions2 quarts beef stock1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon pepper¼ cup butter
Directions
Sauté yellow onions in butter. Do not brown. Pour in beef stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Add seasonings, grated onions, and onion rings. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with hot toast and parmesan cheese.
