Rosemary Chicken Croquettes

Ingredients
chopped fresh rosemary, minced garlic, pepper, chicken (I like to use the 12.5 oz. can from Costco), egg substitute, parmesan, bread crumbs, fresh chopped spinach, and chopped purple onion
Directions
In food processor, add chicken, egg substitute. Grind until thoroughly mixed. Add in spices and other ingredients gradually until thoroughlyblended. Shape into 6 patties, Spray frying pan or griddle with olive oil cooking spray. Cook evenly on both sides at medium heat until golden brown.
