Turkey rice soup

Ingredients
turkey breastonioncarrotscelerybrown ricelentilsbarleysage leavesthyme leavespeppergarlic granulesparsley
Directions
Cook vegetables in 1/2 cup of turkey stock until slightly soft. Add flour and herbs. Mix well so it looks pasty.
Gradually add the other 9 1/2 cups of stock. Bring to boil.
Add rice, barley and lentils. Simmer 1 hour. Serve
