Detox Lemonade

Ingredients
1 cup fresh lemon juice (not bottled)1/2 cup Grade B Maple Syrup (organic)1 Tbsp cayenne pepper1 gallon water, bottled or double filtered
Directions
Juice lemons until you have one cup (strained). Add the maple syrup, pepper, and water. Shake vigorously before drinking. This may be done as part of the super cleanse or as a quick cleanse. Note: Ask your doctor if this is safe for you. The days you drink this require that you do not eat. Even with a doctor's permission, stop the cleanse if you become light headed, nauseated, or dizzy.

Serving Size: 1/2 gallon - 1 gallon throughout the day
