1 jar of Paul Newman's Sockarooni Sauce1.5 pounds of lean ground beef1 onion, choppedabout 30 green olives, more or less to taste1 Tbsp capers, more or less to taste1-2 tsp garlic powderSalt to taste
Brown ground meat in large pan, add onions, and cook until meat is no longer pink. Add jar of sauce (I rinse the jar with a little water and add that to the pan also). Add olives, capers, garlic powder (you can use fresh or minced garlic if you prefer), and salt to taste. Simmer over medium low heat for 20 minutes. Serve over hot cooked white rice.
