Oatmeal cranberrie walnut cookies

1 cup canned pumpkin1 cup Slenda bown sugar blend1/2 cup egg beaters1 tsp vanilla1.5 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp all spice.5 tsp salt3 cups oatmeal1 cup dried cranberries.5 cup chopped walnuts
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Beat together pumpkin and sugar
Add egg beaters and vanilla and blend well
Add in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well
Stir in oats, cranberries and walnuts
Drop rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 10 - 12 minutes
Let cool for 3 minutes
