Ingredients
3 T Reduced-Fat Ricotta cheese1 tsp ready-made roasted garlic1 Flatout flatbread or whole-wheat pita1 T ready-made pesto2 T ready-made roasted red peppers3 T Reduced-Fat Mozzarella cheese, shredded1 tsp pepper
Directions
Stir together the ricotta and roasted garlic, blending well. Spread the mixture on the flatbread. Top with dollops of pesto, peppers, and mozzarella. Season with pepper. Bake at 375 for 6 minutes. Makes 1 serving
