Splenda Peanut Butter Cookies

1/2 Cup Splenda Brown Sugar firmly packed3/4 Cup Splenda Sugar Blend (keep 1/4 Cup for later)1 Cup UNSALTED Butter softened (not diet or margarine)1 Cup creamy Peanut Butter (Natural/No Sugar Added)1/2 Cup Egg Substitute (or 2 large eggs)2 Tsp Vanilla Extract2 Tsp Baking Soda2 Cups all purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350 (Patience...preheat really needed)
Cream together the Sugars, Butter and Peanut Butter.
Add Eggs and Vanilla. Mix well.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add gradually dry ingredients to wet ingredients until blended well.
Scoop cookie dough and roll into a ball.
Roll dough ball into 1/4 Cup SPLENDA Blend
Place ball onto cookie sheet - parchment paper or ungreased (DO NOT smash with fork)
Bake at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes
Place on wire rack to cool immediately after out of oven
Serving Size: Makes 48 cookies (2 cookies per serving)
