Spicy Chicken Tacos

2 lbs shredded chicken (1 rotisserie chicken, skin & bones removed)2 8-oz cans tomato sauce2 tsp. white vinegar2 cloves garlic1 Tbsp. chili powder1 tsp. ground cumin2 tsp. oregano.5 tsp sugar10 fresh corn tortillasGarnish: lime wedges, cheese, sour cream, hot sauce
Cook chicken and shred, then set aside. Combine tomato sauce and vinegar in large pot. Stir in garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and sugar. Add chicken and blend well. Simmer on medium low heat for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Heat corn tortillas on a hot skillet for 10 seconds on each side. Fill with chicken and top with sprinkled cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, and a squeeze of lime if so desired.
Serving Size: Makes 8 tacos.
