Ingredients
1 tbsp of olive oil175 gr quorn350 gr cauliflower, in small pieces1 pot (425 gr/400ml) Patak's Rogan Josh Curry Sauce75 gr plain yogurt, 3% fatOptional: garam massala, nigella seeds.
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan. Bake quorn until it is a little brown. Add cauliflower. Add curry sauce and yogurt and let simmer with the lid on the pan for 15 minutes.
