Fit2Fat2Fit Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
1 handful of fresh spinach2 tsp of peanut butter (I use low sugar)1/2 banana3/4 c. milk (I use non-fat)one scoop vanilla whey protein powder (I use EAS)2 handfuls of ice
Directions
Throw it all in a blender and go for broke!

Serving Size: 2 servings of about 1cup each (it kinda depends on how much ice you put in really)
