Wet Ingredients3 large eggs, lightly beaten1 tsp cider vinegar3 Tbsp olive oil1.5 cups water1 tsp pure maple syrupDry Ingredients1 cup garbanzo bean flour1 cup brown rice flour1 cup tapioca flour1/2 cup cornstarch3 tsp xanthan gum3 tbsp sea salt1/2 cup dry milk1 package dry yeast
grease bottom of loaf pan. Mix the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir just until cake batter consistency. Put in loaf pan. Proof for 45 minutes or longer in a barely warm oven. Remove from oven and let sit on countertop. Preheat oven to 325. Bake in oven for 1 hour. makes about 20 thin slices
