1 can (approx. 15oz) black beans, drained & rinsed3 egg whites3 T. applesauce1/4 c. cocoa1/2 c. brown sugar1/4 white sugarpinch of salt1 t. vanilla extract1/2 t. cinnamon1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Spray an 8X8 or 9X9 pan with cooking spray.
-Place all ingredients except walnuts in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into pan. Top with walnuts.
-Bake for about 30 minutes. Do not overbake.
-Enjoy!
