Turkey Lentil Soup

4 quarts turkey broth1.5 cups Lentils, dried1.5 cups cooked turkey, chopped1.5 cups Carrots, raw, chopped1.5 cups Broccoli, chopped5 cloves garlic, chopped1 Tbsp oregano1 Tbsp thyme2 Tbsp soy sauce, low sodium1 Tbsp anchovy paste, optional
Bring turkey broth to a boil in a large stockpot over medium high heat. Add lentils and carrots and reduce heat to medium low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until lentils are to the texture you like. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over medium low heat for about 5-10 minutes or until broccoli is cooked to the texture you prefer.
