No Refined Sweetener Chocolate Bean Cake

Ingredients
1 cup white flour3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 398ml can crushed pineapple3/4 cup cocoa powder1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 cup rinsed and drained black eyed peas or other white bean1/2 cup olive oil2 large eggs1/2 cup milk2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F, spray 2 pans with oil. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a food processor, blend beans and wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix. Pour into 2 pans, bake for 30 - 40 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 loaf pans or round cake pans cut in 12 servings each. 24 servings total.
