1 cup King Arthur Unbleached AP Flour1 cup King Arthur Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour1/2 cup French Vanilla almond granola (Roundy's)1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Salt1 cup Almond Milk1/2 cup Brown Sugar1/2 cup Granulated Sugar1 Large egg2 tbsp Canola Oil6 oz Fresh Blackberries
Mix flours, granola, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Separately mix wet ingredients with sugars. Fold together wet and dry ingredients, adding blackberries. Fill into oil-sprayed muffing pan. Bake on 400f until a toothpick comes out clean, approx 23 min.
