1/2 c coconut flour1/2 c maple syrup or honey1/2 c canned pumpkin1/2 c butter, melted1 T vanilla extract1/2 t sea salt1/2 t baking soda1 1/2 t cinnamon1/2 t nutmeg1/4 t ground cloves1/4 t ground ginger1 c dark chocolate chips
preheat oven to 350.
in a large bowl, com melted butter, pumpkin, maple syrup, and vanilla until well combined.
in a small bowl, mix coconut flour, baking soda, salt, and spices.
gradually add the dry to the wet ingredients.
add chocolate chips.
i used a 1 T scoop and plopped them onto a parchment lined baking sheet. bake 15-20 minutes
