Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb 93% lean ground beef1 large onion, chopped1 can tomato soup, undiluted4-5 cups cabbage, chopped
Directions
Brown ground beef & onion until lightly browned. Rinse with hot water. Place in 2 qt casserole. Add 1/2 t salt, 1/4 t pepper. Top with cabbage. Spoon soup over all. Cover tightly and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
