Meaty Peach Pie

½ pound ground turkey1 cup reconstituted TVP granules1 egg½ cup beef broth½ cup chopped onion1 cup soft bread crumbs½ teaspoon salt1 tsp pepper1 (15 oz) can sliced peaches (in water), drained1 tablespoon beef broth1 tablespoon ketchup1/8 cup honey
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, mix together the ground turkey, TVP, egg, broth, onion, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Press into a 9 inch pie pan like a crust. Prick all over.
Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
Remove from oven and pour off any excess fat.
Arrange the sliced peaches over the pie.
Mix together the broth, ketchup and honey, and spoon over the top of the peaches.
Bake for an additional 20 minutes. Let stand for at least 10 minutes before serving.
