Cheesy ham and potato soup

4 cups peeled and diced potatoes1/3 cup diced celery1/3 cup finely chopped onion3/4 diced cooked ham3 1/4 c water1 packet Swanson Flavor Boost - Chicken1/2 teaspoon pepper5 Tablespoon butter5 Tablespoon flour2 cups milk1 Tablespoon Foxpoint spice (Penszy spice)3 oz cheddar cheese
Combine first 5 ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer until potatoes are tender. Stir in flavor boost and pepper. You can add salt, but I choose not to add the extra sodium.
In another pan, melt butter and whisk in milk. Continue mixing to prevent lumps. Add Foxpoint spice and cheddar.
Add to ham and potatoes. Heat through. Serve
