Yeast-Free White Bread

2 cups GF flour mix (I used 1c white rice flour, 2/3 cup potato flour, and 1/3 cup tapioca flour)1 tbs ground flax seed1 tbs GF baking powder1 tsp sea salt2 eggs1 1/3 c water2 tbs vegetable oil1 tbs honey or agave nectar
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Spray 8x4" loaf pan with cooking spray
3. Combine flour, flax, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
4. Combine eggs, water, oil, and honey in a bowl. Add to dry ingredients
5. Mix until well combined.
6. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes. Loaf should be golden on top and dry in center.
Serving Size: Makes 21 1/4" thick slices
